      The company really looks after its employees, the promotion prospects are excellent, the company offers many opportunities for different positions.

      Cons

      The compensation and benefits need improvement, but it's really fine.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
