      Pros

      Qualcomm is a challenging environment and the workload is pretty high. The work environment is quite friendly and it's interesting working on the latest technologies. Benefits are pretty good so as salary and bonus.

      Cons

      The company is pretty big so growing is a little slow. Workload might get very high and timelines might be very tight. And sometimes the bonus are not in line with the work hours

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
