Pros
Amazing family environment, competitive pay with raises issued with each achieved certification, flexibility with schedule, paid big 6 holidays and multiple company parties each year!
Cons
Their motto is to take care of every customer, no matter what, even if that means working on our backs on something ridiculous that won't even fit in the shop - like a school bus or RV... occasional slow periods - but to be expected anywhere I guess. Management puts up with some very poor and unhealthy attitudes from certain Techs
