Very less exposure. No Protocol followed. No Onsite opportunity.

nothing if you want to work in this company you will wish for mercy

n number of cons in this company. first of all no. 1 fraud company didn't give 3 months salary from Quadra Software Solutions and then they change the name as SGP software solutions then given promise they will all pending salaries and amazing thing is that when asked about pending salaries answer was we are responsible for that quadra was separate company so we are no going to give 2014 years salary still not received . product is not up to the mark still using old technologies so no customer is paying money so again they are selling to another company all the employees has left only freshers are remaining. salary is not on time always late sometimes 1 month late. no work life balance so much pressure often need to work on Sunday
