Pros
Well, it's stable; I'm never worried about losing my job. There is a lot of free time, too, if you're into that.
Cons
There are procedures on procedures on procedures. Getting anything gone requires a back flip or two; while the company wants to be easy for customers to work with, it never is because of this. Also, very few employees are happy or satisfied with their job, leading to a high turnover rate and a generally grumpy office.
