Pros
- Great People who will make you better. - Promote within Organization - Great health/wellness benefits (if you live by one of the clinics) - Strong position within market so company is stable.
Cons
- No Flexibility within organization. Very much by the book even if the book is wrong. - Unwillingness to change when it's needed. People are hanging on to the past and are afraid of change. - Can't execute any sort of change within organization. Issues are brought up but everyone is too busy. - Culture that is always talked about doesn't exist anymore. - Great set of Values but actions don't mirror up. - Shrinking Market (out of QG's control)
