      Pros

      Lots of overtime available if you want it.

      Cons

      The overtime is basically mandatory, the compensation is mediocre, the management is horrible, the workload is rushed and QC is treated more like an obstacle than a necessary part of the team. The company is hemorrhaging money, so it's not a company with a great future
