Pros
Qrypt is just getting moving so the company is small but looking toward good things. Management is actively engaged at growing opportunities and offerings and not tied down in bureaucracy. We have the opportunity to shape where we're going individually, as groups, and as a company with effectiveness you don't find in a large corporation. We're a startup feel without the startup risk.
Cons
The normal functions that are part of R&D support haven't had the chance to fully evolve so it sometimes takes a little more time or effort to get equipment or resources, for instance, but it's a small price versus the other benefits; plus since you know everyone, there's never a problem of something getting lost.
