Cons
Management won't give you real feedback on formals reviews, so you don't know how you're actually doing. Major professionalism issues in management and long time, underperforming employees. Training is poor. Company wants back to office culture but employees in business divisions don't work together on-site. Career growth and promotion is laughably slow. Company has a major southerner's culture where good old boys and clics are the only tenured staff. Constant layoffs and fab closures where individual contributors are fired but management always stays the same. Poor use of business software, old and outdated. Company has turned to only hiring interns as entry level employment, so people with years of work experience are paid same salary as an intern. Your career won't progress well if you're not based at the NC headquarters. Company has reputation for ending individual contributor careers at 3 year mark.
