Pros

Started my second innings professionally from here which gave me confidence to rebuild myself. The CEO, my reporting manager is very supportive and understanding. The work environment is quite good and timely payments are done to the external parties, salaries to employees. Good company to start your career. You will get a lot of exposure and learning.

Cons

Team size is a little low which eventually will increase in the log run so no Cons as of now.

Pros

1) Freelance earning opportunity for professionals with 10+ years of experience. 2) Opportunity to connect with the fresh professional talent coming out of Universities & add value by mentoring them

Cons

1) Their terms of Mentor engagement has hidden clauses, which are not explained during the onboarding process. 2) Their CEO shall speak all sugar-coated stuff while mentor onboarding, but later doesn't even has the courtesy of reverting to the Mentor emails & grievances 3) As a Mentor, one takes the pains to connect with each group of students for 45mins-1hour each day after his/her professional work hours, but if any student doesn't attend sessions, Qollabb pays 10% of the promised payout! The don't care if the effort for 10 students over a Zoom call is no less than hosting a session for 25 students and the fact that DLP students of Amity/DYPatil never even attend classes- leave apart project mentoring sessions as they are working professionals and that they are mostly concerned with getting their project completion certificate for their MBA degree! The work the mentor puts in while assessing the project submissions and the Viva itself is quite substantial, and they end up getting paid peanuts!
