      Pros

      Projected good things about the company before joining. promised hike every year and big bonuses only to not fulfill them.

      Cons

      very less salary compared to industry standards. toxic work culture. unethical practices and bad languages used in office. poor management. long working hours. employee is made to feel like servant. belittling and denegrating the people working in the company.

      Pros

      Being a small startup, the work is quite good. There are lot of opportunuties to grow fast.

      Cons

      The work culture is toxic. Some of the people in the company are crazy and they sometimes dont respect their employees.
