Fairly relaxed culture, reasonable flexibility of working hours, good work/life balance, good salaries, some international growth opportunities, reasonably supportive upper management
Cons
Slightly too focused just on Sales, somehow limited career growth opportunities within Australia depending on which function you work in (most opportunities in Aftermarkets sales and Aftermarkets engineering), too depending on mining cycles, not focused enough on process improvement, but more on ad-hoc solutions, culture-values continuously promoted and talked about but not followed in reality
