However, if the people are what make a company then restructure after restructure after restructure (I am not exaggerating) eventually effects all those wonderful people and becomes exhausting. After the last atrocious round of redundancies where the communication did not exist, or people were told about them in an open forum it became too much and it was time to go. Then becomes the MASSIVE issue with payroll/employee services, their inability to get my tax code correct for 4 months when I joined the company aside, I am STILL waiting on activities to be done now I have left. And bear in mind some of these activities are process and should have been done in a certain time after my last day, the communication is non existent (again) and I have had to chase several times before even being acknowledged.
Having watched so many of my colleagues face redundancy, or be forced to move on and then the idea that they may have to fight what what they are owed from employee services really does put a sour taste in the mouth. I did not want to be bitter at QQ after leaving but I feel like I've been pushed to feel like this.
