- Extremely toxic environment. - Severely underprepared to onboard a new employee. - Many people will use ChatGPT to respond to you, however, they do not verify ChatGPT findings and are often incorrect. - People are overwhelmingly toxic and unsure of how to have a level of decorum conductive to a teamwork environment. - Was cussed out and told I would be fired by a non-manager employee (fellow contractor) within my first week over a small misunderstanding (the person in question did not understand the platform we were working in and this platform was one I have 18+ years of experience in, however, they think they know more about it because they read what ChatGPT had to say about it) - Had multiple mental breakdowns from the constant abusive team environment. - Misclassified as a contractor when I was a full time employee with a set schedule. - Was told that I needed to work 9hr/day instead of 8hr/day in order to keep my job which caused the sever of contract. - Many other massive issues that are too long to list here. If you intend to work for them, you need to mold to their way of thinking or be prepared for an insane level of abusive behavior from people throughout the team.

No Pros as its working on a shell-based approach with no existence in India

Too much of micro management, no so called product, compiling open source chromium and making it more worse.
