      Pros

      Very good on labor. Good customer service. Learned to use cash register Learned the job easily

      Cons

      Management was quite bad, when promised a raise, never received. When I asked for flexibility, never received. Sometimes 9-11 hour days with 0 breaks. Mentally exhausted most of the time

      Healthy work environment and good opportunity to climb the ranks.

      Honestly, not many cons. When you're good at your job at Qdoba, it is very healthy and easy.
