Bad management accumulation of tasks and project. Not doing your job you are coming for and doing other departments job as helping hand. Managers tend to hear you yes but eventually nothing will be done. They always misinterpret your words and this will wrongfully be heard all over without you having a say in it. Not a place to grow as they are old minds and doesn't think outside the box. no work balance life
