It was an honor to work for Qatalys Inc for last 5 and half years .Q atalys was my third consulting company over my 13 years of service in information technology.I would rate Qatalys as the best company I have ever worked for. I liked how everything is handled professionally. Top Management is very helpful and always there to help. Employee needs is always ahead of company needs. Perfect place for grow professionally and personality under Mr. Rao's guidance..

It is very hard to find a con. But if i have to state, i would say more transparency in process would not.
