      Flexible break time, Employers behavior was good.

      Cons

      Layoff to employees without valid reason. Often they terminate and fire employees. No job guarantee at all. So many employees lost their jobs within 2 months.

      I’ve been with the company for 14 years. They’ve given me way more opportunities than they promised. They have gone over and beyond to make my experience worthwhile.
