Pros

Qm Offers training to other companies safety, cse, wah and about 10 other courses. As long as you are an employee you can attend these classes for free

Cons

Underpaid, 90 % of employees are on call always unknown how many hours you will get and and it includes 12 hr continentals no break no lunch at all.
