Pros
Great field staff, good market, solid reputation. The history is that they do good work, provide a good living and have been around 25 years. New owner has track record of successful companies and getting out from under Tuckamore's debt load was great thing for QM.
Cons
In the past 5 years, no bonuses, no money made, constant turnover at nearly every level, a CEO you simply cannot trust and increasingly bad issues with AP, unhappy suppliers and many management people quitting who gave their heart and soul who are just fed up and don't believe that positive change is coming.
