Pros
Nothing can be written about pros. Don't know much if the company is well but know the present TL is a failure.
Cons
The TL is Mad:
1. No increment even after hard work of one year.
2. No knowledge sharing.
3. No way to behave.
4. No money or leave against the extra time sitting, WO working.
5. TL gives excuses of Policy, Basic Work Responsibility, You are supposed to but the TL herself is way out of any Ethics, Morality, Hard work.
