      Pros

      Nice office, management is nice, no drama, do your work and no one really bothers you. They buy lunch sometimes which is nice. Lot of days off for holidays.

      Cons

      No real challenges except working late at times. Some departments get to leave whenever others are forced to stay late more often.

      Highly sales motivated organization. In NYC? Some upward mobility

      Cons

      -Worst Organization I have ever worked for. -AWFUL benefits -No Flexibility -Very little knowledge within the org -They will grind you to the bone with work expectations
