Cons
The IT department used to have so much potential, but it’s gone downhill because of poor leadership. The people at the top seem more interested in personal comfort and image than actually running the department. It’s honestly frustrating to see leadership spending time watching YouTube or browsing online while the team is left without direction. There’s no sense of accountability — when things go wrong, the blame always rolls downhill, but when something goes right, the credit is quickly taken at the top. It’s demotivating to work hard and see your efforts ignored or claimed by someone else. Hiring decisions also make no sense. Some senior roles are given to people who clearly lack the technical or management skills needed, and that just creates more confusion for everyone trying to get things done. The whole place feels stuck — talented people are leaving, morale is low, and projects keep failing because leadership refuses to listen or take responsibility. It’s disappointing to watch a team with real talent being wasted under such poor management
