Pros

Great work life balance and great benefits.

Cons

Upper management are all business, and make you feel very expendable. I worked cross-functionally with multiple departments and wish I had them for my boss. Guess I just had a bad one. I was laid off after 10 months of molding a department and they didn't even blink and eye.

Pros

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
