Pros
Good people to work with, flexible, friendly working environment. Many opportunities to progress for consultancy staff. Good benefits and pay levels. Great multi-national working environment. Work hard and play hard! All staff are very committed to their roles.
Cons
Support staff are not valued as highly as the consultancy staff and that makes it difficult to maintain morale. All staff work really hard to make the company a success and it is a real shame when only a select few are recognised for this.
