      Pros

      Good co workers (SOME) once flew to a meeting (ESOP) and once had a bonus. (Not sure if were gonna have one this year)

      Cons

      Agents give their 2 sense and management do not handle their employees well, underpaid, they only take care of the agents and don't take care nor care about the staff.
