      Pros

      Colleagues are fun to work with. Collaborative environment.

      Cons

      Pay is low. They contract you to train overseas, cheaper employees and then get rid of you. Very rude management.

      Pros

      Remote work, unlimited PTO, higher leadership is always willing to hear you out and assist with whatever they can.

      Cons

      So much growth leads to chaos but the effort is there. Keep going
