Friendly and supportive colleagues, modern offices, good location next to motorway and train station, good place to start if you've not worked in marketing before, especially in a town with few marketing companies

Lack of opportunities to learn new skills (lots of talk about learning but no actual action), low salaries for the industry, far too many meetings, a lack of trust with too much micromanagement, feedback is never listened to, reviews never happen and when you fall out of favour you're pushed out

Best company to work for - incredible company culture with regular events, all paid for. You have a job to do and deadlines to hit, but there is massive creative freedom across roles. I've seen the company develop over many years and it's only gotten better, more professional, more ambitious, and more giving and generous to employees. They have a huge 'success = sharing success' mindset, and gives everybody who wants it an opportunity to grow and develop, providing they're committed and willing to work hard.

None that I've seen, ideal place to work.
