      Pros

      - Work from home - There is no one breeding down your neck - As long as you get the work done nobody cares what you do - Friendly and helpful team, always very understanding of anyone's circumstances.

      Cons

      - No benefits - Salaries pre-COVID (2020) used to be better as there was a bracket since then they have become lower and lower. - Management exactly know what they are doing - For anything to get done if management is involved will take months

      Our culture, values and ethics We are people focused as a business Updates are frequent so we have insight into the operation as a whole We have some great managers who care about your progression and success Collaboration

      Company benefits could be improved on as we transition from start up focus to national company

      They shut down, there were no pros.

      They shut down and most of us were financially hurt from PB.
