Pros

I would say the flexibility but this was stripped away when Purplebricks moved to the employed model, and you had to have your diary open evenings and weekends.

Cons

A once brilliant company turned extremely corporate and rotten to the core. Zero compassion for their employees and you are literally just a number. You’ll receive an update on your targets every single day, just another part of the micromanagement. You are targeted on “Booked Conversion” and with Purplebricks’ website, people are very easily able to book false appointments that ruin your conversion. If people cancel their appointments, you’re expected to religiously chase them to rebook in. Poor morals - you are encouraged (forced) to focus on just listings and provide no support to your customer afterwards.

Cons

Company benefits could be improved on as we transition from start up focus to national company

They shut down, there were no pros.

Cons

They shut down and most of us were financially hurt from PB.
