      Great experience for a startup

      Cons

      Owners thought they could move from UK real estate to US real estate without knowing more about how business is done here. Could have been a good business model.

      Our culture, values and ethics We are people focused as a business Updates are frequent so we have insight into the operation as a whole We have some great managers who care about your progression and success Collaboration

      Company benefits could be improved on as we transition from start up focus to national company
