      * Great team Manager * Lovely clients to work with * No two days are ever the same

      Cons

      * Using own car for driving around between clients obviously causes wear and tear on your vehicle. * Hourly rate not enough for the amount of Support we provide for people but this is sadly the case across the board. * Understaffed
