This company will consider you only like a Vegetable. If their customer selects you then they will ask you for your price. As soon as customer does not want you then for them you are a waste for them. They will not wait for a second to through you in garbage. CTO acts like some gang boss who can fire you any day he wants and will ask HR to relieve you on the same day and HR have no choice but to obey him because this is just what they are paid here for. HRs are just puppets here. Sorry paid puppets. I witnessed few ex employees who went to court against this company because that is the only language these people understand. if you are planning to join this company then make sure you have a good lawyer in contact because you will need it later
