Pros

Working at PurePoint, you don't just feel like another employee with an ID number. Tom the CEO and Chris the Director of Operations genuinely care about their employees. I always felt like my personal well being was at the forefront of all of their decisions. Tom and Chris always allowed us the freedom to try things differently and let us find the best way to do something, even if there was an already established method. PurePoint provides you all of the tools you need be successful while genuinely caring about the people and environment

Cons

Being a small company, they make not have the resources to throw at issues like a larger solar company. I found that to be a plus in the end. I had to work through my issues and learn how to solve problems on my own instead of just passing it along to another random company in a giant company.

Pros

PurePoint is an awesome company to work for. The company is small, yet has tripled in size over the past 3 years. They offer a great working environment for their employees. All the employees get along very well and everyone is more than willing to help you. The owners are smart, personable, and down to earth. The knowledge one can get from working at this company is extraordinary. For full time employees , they have great benefits - Health Insurance, 401(k), etc.

Cons

Due to the fact that PurePoint is a small company - there is not a lot of room to grow (position wise). The company has been getting bigger and it looks like that may start to change.
