Pros

- Mostly friendly environment - Room to grow in the profession - Training provided for new therapists

Cons

- Low pay (significantly under market rates) - No work-life balance - Lack of transparency and borderline false advertising in their ads for employment. - Questionable treatment of certain therapists: Kinesiologists and PTAs are assigned non-clinical tasks that do not align with their professional scope of practice, including tasks typically associated with facility maintenance (e.g., removing heat and cold packs from physio patients, cleaning treatment rooms, laundry and folding of it, and washing of cupping equipment). Also, kinesiologists are frequently held responsible for issues related to these tasks, regardless of clinical relevance, which can impact morale and role clarity.

Pros

I have been involved with Pure life since 2014 evolving in my role with them. Working at Pure Life is a dream job for me because I wanted to work with good people who aren't chasing money, rather have a bigger goal. Manvir has big vision for the company to help patients and doesn't do anything underhanded - and is simple and straightforward honest. He wants us all to grow with the company. Suman who manages HR cares about well being of each one of us. When we have any problems in our personal life, she offers support and accommodates extra days off. Many employees have come and gone, I am happy I'm still here lol. Some employees have taken advantage of their caring nature to slack off work and not show up on time. And they had to be canned. The management creates a fun and supportive environment. The company not only sends employees for self-development courses, they also have fun outings and parties where everyone gets to have stress-free fun. It snowed a big time here in February. Management was kind enough to let people take days off and even offered rides for those who couldn't drive in snow.

Cons

They are too nice to employees. We have become entitled, lol
