      Pros

      Flexible-ish hours , other PTs are friendly, can teach a range of classes (training included), access to all gym branches

      Cons

      Very short staffed so hours aren’t as flexible as advertised, management won’t take immediate action on concerns voiced by staff if it isn’t important/doesn’t directly affect them, lack of community and support

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
