      Largest Gym company in UK Lots of beneficial apps etc Paid A/L

      Cons

      They need to make rent equal to shift pay, not more than. Allow the managers to make decisions in their own clubs without have to comply with a formulae

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
