Pros

After reading through a few of the negative reviews on here, I am convinced that they worked for a different company! The culture at Punch is nothing short of amazing with socials, incentives, gifts, growth & learning opportunities! The care that senior leaders have for their employees and teams is unmatched with weekly 1:1's and regular catch ups for how we're doing, what we want to be doing, and how they can help us achieve our ambitions and goals. My other favourite part of the company is the learning opportunities on offer with each department having the chance to go on courses for self-development and reading materials on offer. Punch hired me at the beginning of the pandemic when everything was very uncertain - and in my two years here since, I have grown two positions up and can't see myself working anywhere else. If you're looking for a company that values their employees mental health, wants to give you every opportunity to learn and grow, then Punch is the place for you.

Pros

The teammates are great, while they're still employed. The hours were fine, then they added an extra hour to the day without any additional bump in pay. You get 20 days of PTO to start, but you must use them for everything because they won't allow unpaid leave before they're all used and sick leave doesn't kick in for at least 6 months.

Cons

The pay is not standard at all, you'll have people that have been here for months longer that are underpaid against the newer employees by a substantial margin. They recently dropped the rate for commission as well, the OTE are not accurate at all. Did the math and you'd have to have 18 meetings sit per month to hit the bottom of OTE. This hasn't happened once that I'm aware of.
