Pros
* No goals- you don't have to be goal-oriented just lick the boots and you will go on top.
* No talent required- You need to have no talent except one thing you just be good in gossip.
* Rewards- If you are good at the above mentioned qualities you will get promotion and rewards.
Cons
Not any- The structure is so perfectly built you just not need any talent to be here (except the above-mentioned bootlicking and gossiping).
If you have any talent(passionate, hardworking, punctual, etc) and you are thinking of growing on that basis sorry this company is not for you.
