      - The team are great, on office days we regularly socialise, either at lunch or for a drink after work - The clients are interesting, working with a lot of different sports - There's clear progression opportunities - Proper flexible working, able to define own working hours

      * Literally cannot think of anything good to say about this company

      Cons

      - 40 hour week, poor salary and constant time monitoring you will be hounded constantly so if your looking for a nice working environment this isn't it. Micro managed by kids - I saw some staff in tears, spoken to terribly by higher staff members - Senior level is poor, and most of them are remote in spain making it even worse to communicate with people who have broken english PLEASE DONT WORK HERE IT WILL BE THE BEST LIFE DECISION YOU HAVE EVER MADE
