Pros
- Positive team culture, which I find has been hard to come by in recruitment.
- Being employed during the COVID pandemic cemented my feelings on being valued.
- Fantastic on boarding, they spent a lot of time and energy in updating the training manual. Was very beneficial in setting me up properly from the get-go.
- Training and working within the niche area of tech sales means that I can refine by area of recruitment and better serve my candidates and clients.
- We participate in not only internal but also a lot of external coaching, webinars and courses.
- Values working from home and appreciates alternate working hours if needed.
