Pros

Pulse Creative has not only employed me for a few years but has given life long lessons for me to take where ever I go. Pulse offers all marketing needs all under one room. Since this is a boutique sized firm, as an employee you wear many hats and your job title doesn't limit you from learning even more things. Considering software and technology is ever evolving there are even moments where we would all learn together just to be a better service to our clients. It is a very "hands-on" company. It also helped we worked with a wide range of clients from the technology industry to the corporate world to lifestyle and entertainment. As an employee you get a taste of everything. Working alongside the CEO/Founder can be tedious and you'll definitely put in long hours but once you see the results, it all makes sense. No detail goes unnoticed and the production level given to clients is on a superior level compared to other agencies I've worked for. However, these long hours can sometimes take a toll on your work life balance. There can be long hours and hard work but a mantra Pulse prides itself in is "Work Hard, Play Harder". The office environment itself is very laid back with a pool table, random toys and video games, and drinks! The team understands sometimes you just need a break from work and life can't just be all work and no play. Pulse also plans various team outings as a way to get to know each other and essentially you work alongside each other even better as well.

Cons

Long hours, Work Life Balance
