Although I worked with the Pulse team for only a short time, I learned so much from their leadership. CEO Manish is tough but very fair. I was pushed to realize that I needed more experience and took that lesson seriously. If you decide to work here, expect to be tested, strive for perfection and ASK QUESTIONS if you want to be successful. My problem was being content with "acceptable" - this doesn't fly in most jobs, and certainly not at Pulse. Bring your best self and be ready to learn. You may surprise yourself with your own growth and potential.

Location - Bridgeport is growing, but definitely underdeveloped.

Pulse Commerce offers a fun, challenging, friendly and rewarding environment. Every Friday the team use to have lunch together and I liked the way people respect, coordinate and work as a team in the company. A small company in size but very clear about its objectives and product offerings. Manager was clear about what is required out of an employee and use to provide clear instructions. Offers a productive atmosphere
