Great experience for sales people. You’ll get a decent bonus every year. Great place to get introduced to cannabis industry makes it really easy to find another job when you have puffco on your resume after you work here and get paid what you deserve.
Cons
Cant talk about compensation at all which isn’t illegal. They won’t pay you what your worth. Culture is great when you first start then you realize it’s super fake and start to get tired of faking it with them. This job will literally become your life around the clock and you will get paid a minimum salary in California to avoid paying you any overtime. Once you stop working for them you are talked about in a negative light. They’ll give you compensation packages they don’t keep up with so if you don’t say anything you won’t get paid on it.
