Pros
None… at first the resident manager role seemed fantastic but it literally a trap.
Cons
As a resident manager you forfeit raises. Worked for PS for almost 11 years and was still only making $10/hr because “you have the apartment”… ok that’s fantastic and all but I can’t even afford groceries. The health insurance coverage they offer is overpriced and crappy. The upper management plays favorites. No diversity… was on a mostly female team and there was so much gossip and drama it felt like being in high school. PS was only hiring young girls in their early 20s and it was super annoying. Our KTP was constantly praised but all of her new hires were calling me constantly to answer their questions because they state they were never taught something…wouldn’t surprise me since her kids were always in the office and the DMs didn’t care…
