Pros
There is alot of freedom..Too much actually, I have personal ethics so I believe in the better, but you can get away with alot in this company.
Cons
Not enough sales, so the commission is awful. We are considered as one of the "busier stores" and only make an average of 1-2 sales a day. The phones we sell are awful so we can not compete with Rogers, Fido, Wind, Bell etc.
