I had the privilege of working with many talented individuals who significantly contributed to my growth, both technically and personally. ​ It is an excellent environment for those at the start of their career; the learning curve is steep, and the exposure to new challenges is high.

The salary is low and below market standards, and management often makes excuses to avoid giving raises. The leadership style is based on fear; the they frequently mentions AI or layoffs at other companies as a way to intimidate employees. There is also a lot of office politics,. Management is very inconsistent; while some act cool, others just act like a bosswith a completely unprofessional way of communicating. Honestly, at times it feels like you are dealing with a genuinely bad person who lacks basic empathy and respect for others . There is a lack of trust and very little recognition for the hard work you actually do. ​ To make matters worse, there is a miserable "snitching culture." Some of the veteran employees do barely any actual work and instead focus entirely on spying on their coworkers and reporting them to management just to score points. It creates a paranoid, toxic environment full of distrust and unnecessary stress.
