Pros

Pay is decent and you have unlimited PTO but this is only so they don't have to pay out PTO days when they can you. They pay for part of your cell phone? I guess that's a pro.

Cons

-The COO and CEO couldn't run a lemonade stand let alone a MSP, let's start there. -Escalations manager does absolutely nothing, I still to this day have no idea what he does. -Tickets are cherry picked -Documentation is outdated -Equipment provided is outdated -You'll be sent to a client with no information -Favoritism and Micromanagement I don't see this company lasting for much longer

Pros

Great people doing the right things to plot a future that ensures employees are valued and customers are successful. Strong technical teams capable of delivering complex cloud and on-premise managed services, highly customer-focused Employees from Leadership to support staff go the extra mile to support each other and customers. The potential for the company is huge, capitalize on your people. There are a lot of new people in the organization bringing new ideas and a desire to build and improve the organization and provide employees a place to grow professionally. Unlimited PTO A wide variety of technology solutions offered Growing organization at many levels. Great place for entry-level people to learn! Great place for Sr level people to contribute!

Cons

Mergers are painful and full of uncertainty, people feel unappreciated, people that weren't pulling their weight get exposed and feelings get hurt. It's a hard situation to manage. Turnover is painful we have had a lot and it causes general unsettlement in the ranks. As things settle down I think there is a calm returning. The company merged during the pandemic and the organization is remote which in itself is not a bad thing but it has prevented a true culture to grow. This is a completely new team at almost every level, it's not a large organization so missteps are visible. Organization Silos are hard to knock down and some people resist change because they like a more mom-and-pop organization, some employees take business decisions personally. The potential for the company is huge, capitalize on your people
