Really good training, the trainer was lovely.

Cons

Stressful place to work which can be expected anywhere, but when you are constantly being reminded over email and phone calls that you are not doing a good job and that no one is hitting targets it can take a serious toll on your health. I asked for assistance from the senior management on multiple occasions and was constantly just being told that I am not doing enough work, even my other team members were having the same issue, you are micromanaged and not looked after, you lose sleep, you end up working through your breaks and after you are supposed to finish to try and catch up but it was impossible. the staff turnover was unbelievable,
