Pros
All people are very easy to talk to, very helpful. The process of getting on a new project is very smooth and everybody is very supportive. I guess was also lucky on my first project, I'm really enjoying the whole experience.
Cons
Some delay on the Slack replies, or the fact that (along the process) there is a different person for each "step" and there are some steps in the beginning and it gets a but confusing to whom you can/have to speak to if you have a question.
